I had never sold a house before and so was unfamiliar with the whole process. Jen was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained each step. There were different inspections and requirements needed for the type of loan that the buyer applied for, which could have dragged out the sale of the house, but Jen efficiently kept things moving along in a timely manner. If I left a message or had a question, Jen was quick to reply. I highly recommend Jen for her professionalism, knowledge, and persistence.
